Who we are
Clockaroo provides workforce management software to Australian businesses. Each business that uses Clockaroo controls the employee information it enters.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email), business details (name, ABN, contact details), workplace addresses, attendance records, rosters, timesheets, leave requests and messages you send through the platform.
Location information
When a business enables location verification, Clockaroo checks an employee's device location at the moment they clock in, clock out or change break status. The web app does not track location continuously. Employees are told when location is used.
How we use information
To provide the service, keep accurate attendance and payroll records, secure accounts, and communicate about the service.
Storage & security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, access is restricted by role, and each business's data is kept separate.
Access & correction
You can ask to access or correct your personal information by contacting us or your employer.
